As you arrive at 23015 Sprague Rd East, you’ll see two driveways:
The first is a small, windy road marked "Exit Only" — please do not enter there.
Instead, continue a bit further and turn into the second driveway on your left, next to the mailbox.
Drive in, pass the small pump shack and the green tiny house on your right. That is yours
